The Black Women’s Policy Center is working with the Allegheny County Health Department to improve the programs and services for Black birthing people in Allegheny County. In order to ensure that Black birthing people have a healthy pregnancy, childbirth experience and baby, we want to hear from you! This survey will help Allegheny County agencies, departments and health practitioners understand how to better provide care and develop policies that center Black pregnant birthing people and their babies.

To participate, you must be a Black birthing person who gave birth in Allegheny County between 2017 and November 2021.

 

You will be compensated with a $25 gift card for your participation in the survey.
